 YES!:) Anyone can use the BioMat, from children to seniors. The only person that should not use it is someone with an external pacemaker (internal pacemakers are fine) Pregnant women should use only on lower temperature settings, once you've delivered it will help your body recover and return to normal quicker:)

 This is a personal preference. Any where from a 30 minute nap to sleeping on it over night:) You can also do therapeutic sweats on it from 30 minutes to an hour. Remember to drink plenty of water before and after. It is very dehydrating and you are burning calories the whole time you are on it. The Benefits are cumulative, so the more you use it, the longer the benefits stay with you.
